On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions to view, change or cancel Medley Premium.

In the app: Profile → Delete account to permanently remove your account and data.

A receipt didn't scan correctly. What do I do?
Make sure the whole receipt is in frame, flat and well lit, then try again. If an item is misread you can edit it in the app. Still stuck? Email us a description and we'll help.
Which receipts work best?
Standard printed UK grocery receipts work best. Very long, faded or crumpled receipts can be harder to read — flatten them and capture in good light.
How do I get a refund?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We're happy to point you in the right direction.
Is Medley medical advice?
No. Medley gives you information about the food you buy — it does not provide medical, dietary or weight-loss advice. Please consult a professional for health decisions.
